While Nannies2U.com isn’t in control of the quality of service providers, we work closely with our partners to ensure optimum service quality delivery.

Nannies2u.com offers a personalized service where we assign an account manager to help in the Nanny service provider matching, providing you with the right confinement nanny based on your requirements. Upon a certain level of satisfaction, a booking fee is required before nanny’s interview session takes place. You can express your interest by filling out the online form.

A booking fee is incurred prior to any interview after the account manager is certain that a matching Nanny is found, based on the requirements put forth. This non-refundable booking fee is required to engage Nannies2u.com for nanny selection, and also to ascertain our partners that the Client is serious in seeking a Nanny. 

The fee varies based on the service location, where a nanny service will be rendered:: 

• RM100 for Malaysia, 
• SGD100 for Singapore, 
• AUD100 for Australia, 
• and USD100 for other locations. 

This fee ensures compatibility and schedules synchronization. Additional charges may apply if more interviews are requested after an initial one.

A deposit will be required to secure the nanny’s services. This serves as a commitment for both the Client as well as the Nanny.  The deposit amount depends on the service location: 

• RM1000 for Malaysia, 
• SGD500 for Singapore, 
• AUD1000 for Australia, 
• and USD1000 for other locations. 

This deposit will be considered part of the full fees that will be paid for the Nanny’s service. As a platform provider, it will be Nannies2U.com to ensure commitment of engagement from both Clients as well as availability of a Nanny. With a deposit received, NanniesU.com will be able to attain a higher success rate of a successful engagement.

Unless a miscarriage is experienced (with a report from a medical practitioner), our partners do not entertain any request for a refund.

Confinement nanny charges vary based on different factors such as years of experience, work scope, location, duration, and other various reasons. Charges are subject to our partner’s individual nanny’s requests and Nannies2U.com does not determine nor dictate the price range. There are cases where additional festive charges are applied, when the service duration coincides with festive seasons. Other charges might include transportation, working permit expenses, and those are borne by the client. 

While Nannies2u.com connects clients with nannies focusing on Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia, Nannies charges differ with consideration for different countries, on a case-by-case basis.

Nannies2U.com serves mainly as the matching platform, our fulfillment is completed upon a successful search and engagement of a Nanny. While Nannies2U.com has delivered what’s promised, Nannies2u.com will still strive to achieve the best Client experience. We listen to the feedback from our Client and will work closely with our partners in bettering future offerings.

Stay-in nanny services depend on the nanny’s skills. For Chinese confinement, services include mother and child care, light housekeeping, baby laundry, and meal preparation. Additional packages like Malay Bidan Massage are not included unless added. Safety measures recommend monitoring cameras only at the baby bed, respecting nanny privacy. Nannies are pre-screened, but Nannies2u.com doesn’t guarantee service quality by independent providers.
